CMMS Modules

Considering the turnkey aspect of the Solar Operation and Maintenance, the CMMS should contain the enough number of modules by which 100% paperless operation can be achieved. To comply the 100% paperless target, the CMMS modules should have bare minimum following modules

  2. HOTO Module
    • Documentation handover
    • Physical Plant Handover
  3. Access Control Module
    • Visitor Entry
    • Material Entry and Exist
  4. HSE and Social Monitoring, Control and Reporting
    • HSE Reporting as per ISO45000
  5. Breakdown Maintenance Maintenance Module
    • System Alarm Handling
    • Non-System Alarm Handling
  6. Preventive Maintenance Module
    • Module Cleaning Module
    • Preventive Maintenance
  7. Predictive Maintenance Module
  8. Quality Control
    • Audits
    • Meeting
    • Tickets
    • Feedback
  9. Material Management
    • Material Management and Reporting
    • Material Transition Logistic Control
  10. Analytics
    • MTTR
    • MTBF
The Modules should planned in a way that if there are few more option required to add or delete that should also easy to add or delete as quick as possible.
